Notice on Summer Vacation & Autumn Semester Registration 2021

In accordance with the teaching plan of WHU, detailed arrangement of summer vacation and autumn semester registration of 2021 are as follows:

I. Summer vacation

Summer vacation: July 25 to September 4, 2021.

II. Registration dates for autumn semester:

For undergraduates：Sep 5, 2021（Sunday）, classes start on Sep 6, 2021（Monday）

For postgraduates:  Sep 3, 2021（Friday），classes start on Sep 6, 2021（Monday）

III. Registration for international students inside China

Students inside China please follow registration procedure and complete registration in office 104 SIE.

IV. Registration for international students outside China

Students who cannot return due to the epidemic can complete registration by sending an email to sie_jxb@whu.edu.cn within the period from August 18 to September 5, 2021.

Please title your registration email as “REGISTRATION” and state your student ID number, name and passport number in the mail. Students whose tuition on personal finance shall attach a copy of the remittance record in the mail.

VI. Other reminders for registration

1. Students who fail to pay the fees will not be able to complete registration.

2. Students who fail to register are not entitled to the rights & benefits of students.

3. Students who fail to register on the prescribed time limit without justified reason shall be regarded as absenteeism. In severe violation of registration administration, students’ status of study would be canceled.
